One of 4Cyte’s key achievements has been the development of an automated paint and decoration line
– SPIDA. Traditional paint lines, using technology adapted from the automotive market (robots) are large, expensive to install and run, and are over complicated for the requirement of small parts such as mobile telephone cases. Furthermore accuracy and variety of finish are not always guaranteed.

Four SPIDA systems are currently in operation and have proved to be both reliable and efficient.
